charming stay near grands boulevard

excellent location nearby metro added touch

I found the location excellent, very close to the grands boulevard metro station. numerous restaurants and supermarkets surround the hotel. traveling to major sites was easy using the nearby metro. I felt safe returning at night. slippers and a coffee machine added nice touches to the experience.

The elevator was inconvenient. I learned they couldn't fix it immediately, as the hotel would need to close for a day.

This hotel features an fantastic location near many restaurants and cafes. I loved that it was easy to capture the essence of the city. it's also perfectly connected. The metro and opera are just around the corner.

The reception staff were friendly and offered help throughout the day. the front desk staff was very supportive. I was kindly welcomed, and they arranged a room for me. they demonstrated the highest level of professionalism.

clean room nearby supermarket convenient location

i found the location very convenient to the metro, restaurants, and a supermarket. there was also a bakery nearby, great. the room was very clean and the balcony offered access to fresh air.

The room's coffee machine was broken the entire stay. i told staff about it. They did not fix it, twice. also the lamp was broken!

The location provided easy access to many restaurants and sights. I found the room clean with modern features. Staff members offered helpful assistance when I needed directions. Silent air conditioning ensured a comfortable stay without noise.

The coffee machine in my room was not working despite requesting it to be fixed.

Central Location, Excellent Service

convenient location helpful staff welcome basket

The location proved convenient. I found numerous restaurants and cafés just steps away. The staff assisted me efficiently with luggage storage upon my early arrival. A surprise welcome basket with pastries and juice was a really nice touch. I found it ready each morning.

Unfortunately, the elevator was temporarily out of service , so i used the stairs.
