charming stay near grands boulevard

excellent locationnearby metroadded touch

I found the location excellent, very close to the grands boulevard metro station. numerous restaurants and supermarkets surround the hotel. traveling to major sites was easy using the nearby metro. I felt safe returning at night. slippers and a coffee machine added nice touches to the experience.

The elevator was inconvenient. I learned they couldn't fix it immediately, as the hotel would need to close for a day.

The location provided easy access to many restaurants and sights. I found the room clean with modern features. Staff members offered helpful assistance when I needed directions. Silent air conditioning ensured a comfortable stay without noise.

The coffee machine in my room was not working despite requesting it to be fixed.

The location proved convenient. I found numerous restaurants and cafés just steps away. The staff assisted me efficiently with luggage storage upon my early arrival. A surprise welcome basket with pastries and juice was a really nice touch. I found it ready each morning.

Unfortunately, the elevator was temporarily out of service , so i used the stairs.
